Since it's Celebrate the BOY month over on Made and Made by Rae, I thought I'd participate by making Mason a messenger bag. I used some of the left over sheets from his play tent and a belt a friend gave me that was destined for Goodwill. (I also scored some shirts and am trying to figure out how to refashion them.)
This is his, "I'm going to look this way and then you take my picture" face.
He gets dressed in the morning and promptly attaches his cell phone to his pocket. He wears it everywhere.
Two outer pockets. I love re-purposing things. I didn't have to finish off any edges at all. I just used the top edge of the sheets. NICE, less work for me :)
One inner pocket. Used the side edge for this one, you call tell the print is turned, but it's the inside I really don't mind.
What are you making for your boy(s) this month??
